Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 07/22/2025

1. Processing Time

All orders for ready-made items are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order(excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST may ship the following business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates

A flat rate of $6 applies to all orders, unless a promotional offer is in place (e.g., free shipping promotions). Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for prompt delivery, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume may impact delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible forpackages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping informationprovided by the customer. If your package is returned to us, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery atluminesoulhm@gmail.com. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
