Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective: Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at luminesoulhm@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund depending on the situation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued if: the item was received in unusable condition due to damage during shipping; you contacted us within the required 3 business days; and we are unable to replace or resolve the issue with a store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: minor variations in scent, color, or appearance (as our products are handmade); incorrect addresses provided at checkout; or packages marked as 'delivered' but not received.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations due to fast processing.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
